I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Packages will ship within 2-3 business days of ordering. Some often ship the same day. We ship Monday through Friday unless of course it’s a federal holiday then your order will be shipped out the next business day. We do ship on Saturdays sometimes but we do so at our discretion. It isn’t a guarantee but we try our best. As soon as the order ships you will be notified with a tracking #. You can also check your account under your orders for tracking information after a completed order. WE SHIP REQUIRING A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR THE SIGNATURE TO BE WAIVED FOR YOUR ORDER. WE DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS.

A. We ship all orders via USPS. WE DO NOT SHIP TO MISSISSIPPI, ALABAMA, Georgia, Virginia, Florida or Arkansas. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

The products are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in the proper shipping container. All orders are shipped in a USPS Flat Rate Envelope.

Yes when your order is finished processing, you’ll receive an order complete email with your tracking number (if you’re not getting these emails they are probably going to your spam or some other inbox. Keep in mind tracking numbers take on average 24 hours to update and show up in the system.
